Refund policy
Our Guarantee:
We take pride in our jewelry. If you are not satisfied for any reason with our jewelry, ship the item back to us, together with original invoice within 30 days after tracking shows your order delivered, and your money (less Shipping and Handling) will be returned. (See Returns, below)
For our international customers, please note that when mailing the return, ask your local postal service for information on how to be recompensed for Duty, Tax and Fees paid on receipt of the order.
Cancellations:
Once you have Finalized Check-Out, you may cancel your order before shipment by contacting us. If we have already shipped your order you may return the order subject to our return policy below.
Returns:
We do not require prior authorization for returns, though it is wise to contact us with any questions about a product, so we may help resolve any problems before you find it necessary to ship the item back to us.
Ship the return item, in original unworn condition, with a copy of the invoice, via a mail service that will deliver to a US Post Office Box, with tracking and insurance to the address as follows: Horn's Jewelry, P.O. Box 329, Junction City, California 96048-0329, United States
When we receive your return, your account will be credited for the merchandise amount of the item returned. Note that shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
Exchanges:
Order on-line the replacement item as a new purchase. Then return the original as provided in Returns.
Warranty:
If an item is returned to us because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, either replace the item free of charge, or refund the merchandise amount together with shipping cost, or in the case of a partial return, an apportioned shipping amount. Any duty, tax, or fees paid at time of delivery, are the customer's responsibility to recover from their country's customs authority at the time or return shipment.
